Handcrafted Quality

Authentic Integrity

Since 1978

Went to visit the potters of Kalinga, Mountain Provence, Philippines. Spending 3 days with these humble potters, the hospitality, great food, and of course smiles made this hard high and dangerous travel worth every minute of it... After doing a few demonstrations and talks, I left there feeling I did my part in hopes of their craft moving forward by the way of an electric wheel and new kiln talk!!! God Bless you all!

Visiting the POTTERS of PASIL, Philippines!.

Happening world wide

Where they feel no outside influence or inspiration is needed.  Everyone is a professional, everyone is a superstar and a pinch pot is considered all you need to know to hold a "pottery workshop".  He who steps to the plate first is the winner.  Corruption runs deep, even in the Ceramics field, I know it does.  Some of my glaze formula's and designs have been stolen here, of all places.  Not one mention of my inspiration, just low level ceramics here.   The facade built by the  egg money potters as professionals is a laughing matter.  The poverty keeps all knowledge of independence out of the culture.  For good reason, everyone is afraid someone might make a "sale" over them.  That is why the US, China and UK lead the way in Ceramics.  A mix of cultures, ideas and history, all receptive of others. GFY!
